From the first time I visited Alaska and had the breathtaking experience of flying in a tiny Cessna four-seater into the vast snow-capped mountains of the Alaska Range, I have fallen in love with this place!

Some of the things that still surprise me every time I see the seasons change are the incredibly long sunny days of summer and the supreme quietness of taking a walk outside in the winter with only the noise of my boots crunching the snow. Oh, and the wildlife here is spectacular!
